  • CrossFit Group Training

    Our traditional CrossFit workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

  • CrossFit 101 Class

    Our CrossFit 101 program is  6-30 minutes sessions that are an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit Fort Dodge. The first session is conducted as a private Functional Movement Screen session where we will get to know your strengths and limitations 1-on-1. Then we’ll guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique in a small group (4 participant max) in the next 5 classes. During these sessions work with your coach to set goals, talk nutrition, and work together to prepare you to move on to our group classes. CrossFit 101 is designed to ensure your success — there’s no set schedule or timeline. Gain confidence and competency in your movement by enrolling in our CrossFit CrossFit 101.

  • TRX

    Change up your routine with something a little different with our TRX class! Suspension training is a great way to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It’s scalable and fun, effective and sustainable, and it’s also a great complement to your CrossFit or strength training!

  • Bootcamp

    Boot Camp is the ultimate metabolic conditioning class, combining light weight training and bodyweight movements in fast-paced workouts designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance!
    This class will challenge everyone from the newcomer to the fittest athlete! Our experienced instructors teach and focus on proper technique to activate all the right muscle groups and prevent injury before and during the workout, and tailor every exercise to meet your specific needs! Classes are open to all experience levels and are designed to be adjustable so that everyone gets a challenging workout and leave feeling accomplished.

  • Yoga

    Our restorative yoga and mobility class is geared towards CrossFitters and strength athletes. Flexibility is a key element to a wellness regimen that is often overlooked. Yoga will complement your CrossFit WOD, any other training program. Mobility and flexibility are heavily emphasized, with a strong focus on core strength for stability and balance to help you move in and out of lifts with greater ease.

  • Kids Summer Camp

    Our Lil Beasts’ program is a 9 week course that is designed for the youngest athletes (kids who’ve just completed grades 1st-4th), focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics.  They are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood. By incorporating running, jumping, pushing, pulling and other activities kids naturally enjoy doing, we create a fun, play-like group environment where kids thrive. This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships.

  • The Edge

    The Edge is an 8 week- fundamental strength and conditioning program that has been developed for ages ranging from 5th grade to 12th grade as well as all performance levels. Upon joining the Edge each athlete will be required to master the basics of body weight movements followed by complimentary weight lifting movements. The focus on the fundamentals will allow each athlete to safely reach the next level. It is our goal to improve the durability of each athlete by providing them with added strength, power, agility, coordination, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and speed.

  • Personal Training

    Our personal training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to become a more well-rounded athlete with specialized, individual training. Our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, develop a specific program and be your personal guide.

  • Personalized Programming

    Personalized Programming is one of the most effective ways to meet your goals, whether it’s to target weaknesses, train for a competition (CrossFit or otherwise), or just optimize your potential and accelerate your training. The focus is on you and you only. You will be paired with one of our world-class coaches who will design a personalized, periodized program that will most effectively and efficiently guide you to reach your goals.
