2. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS ABOUT CFFD?
PEOPLE CHEER YOU ON WHEN YOU ARE STRUGGLING THROUGH THE WOD. THE SUPPORT YOU GET FROM OTHER MEMBERS AND INSTRUCTORS IS AMAZING AND MAKES YOU FEEL GREAT, EVEN WHEN YOU DIDN’T HAVE SUCH A GOOD DAY.

3. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE GOALS AND PROGRESS THAT YOU’VE MADE SINCE YOU STARTED CFFD?
I HAVE MADE SO MUCH PROGRESS SINCE I STARTED, AND I KEEP AMAZING MYSELF EVERYDAY WITH WHAT I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED. WHEN I STARTED I COULDN’T DO BOX JUMPS, UNTIL KRISTIN PUSHED ME TO “JUST DO IT”. I COULD LITERALLY NOT RUN TO THE FIRE HYDRANT WITHOUT STOPPING A COUPLE TIMES, AND NOW I CAN DO A MILE WITHOUT STOPPING. I MAY NOT BE THE FASTEST, BUT I GET IT DONE I HAVE ALSO PROGRESSED ON BACK SQUATS. AT FIRST I COULD BARELY SQUAT 53 LBS., AND WHEN I DID MY PR A FEW MONTHS AGO I WAS ABLE TO SQUAT 200 LBS, THIS ACTUALLY BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES.

4. WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 2 FAVORITE MOVEMENTS, LIFTS, OR WOD’S AND WHAT ARE YOUR 2 LEAST FAVORITE?
MY TWO FAVORITE ARE PUSH PRESS AND BEAR COMPLEX!!!
BOX JUMPS ARE NOT MY FAVORITE AT ALL, AND OVERHEAD SQUATS ARE NOT MY FRIEND EITHER.
